Ashridge farm and Therfield

We left the car park at Waterford nature reserve and headed for Therfield where we had found a car park next to the Royston golf course. We pulled into the car park and sat for a few minutes to check it out and then Andy told Sue that he had booked them into Ashridge farm for the night for a bit of luxury so off we went.

We pulled in and locked up and set off to the pub, The Bushel and Spike, for a couple of pints and a Thai curry. We sat outside and watched the sunset. A nice treat.

In the morning we walked D in the sunshine and then breakfast before setting off.

After breakfast we set off from Ashridge farm for Therfield heath car park.
